2019<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>A Parsus realizou a Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de Ciclo de Vida de Edifica\u00e7\u00e3o do \nprojeto River One Corporate, uma Torre comercial, cujo o objetivo \nprincipal foi quantificar a redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos impactos ambientais para \natendimento aos requisitos do cr\u00e9dito Whole-Building Life-Cycle \nAssessment da certifica\u00e7\u00e3o LEED Gold.<\/p>\n<p>An\u00e1lise de Ciclo de Vida (ACV) de Edifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma metodologia usada \npara avaliar os impactos ambientais associados as etapas da vida de um \nprojeto. \u00c9 uma abordagem hol\u00edstica que engloba a extra\u00e7\u00e3o da mat\u00e9ria \nprima, fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o e transporte dos materiais, uso de energia e \u00e1gua, \nmanuten\u00e7\u00e3o, reuso, reciclagem e descarte dos materiais ao fim da vida \n\u00fatil. O estudo de ACV permite identificar as potenciais \u00e1reas para \nredu\u00e7\u00e3o de impacto ambiental podendo tamb\u00e9m incluir recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es de \nmelhoria para a equipe de projeto. A ACV de edifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 regulada pelo \npadr\u00e3o internacional ISO 14044 e EN15978 e a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00e1rea de \nconstru\u00e7\u00e3o civil \u00e9 utilizada mundialmente para promover desenvolvimento \nsustent\u00e1vel oferecendo os principais benef\u00edcios:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Garantir que os impactos ao longo da vida \u00fatil sejam considerados\n desde a fase de concep\u00e7\u00e3o e prover informa\u00e7\u00f5es para o desenvolvimento \ndo projeto;<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Garantir que a an\u00e1lise inclua toda a edifica\u00e7\u00e3o durante toda a vida \u00fatil (cradle-to-cradle);<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\n Otimizar o desempenho durante todos os est\u00e1gios de vida do projeto, \ndesde que melhorar uma \u00e1rea espec\u00edfica n\u00e3o cause detrimento no \ndesempenho do projeto como um todo;<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Considerar m\u00faltiplos indicadores de impacto e prevenir a transfer\u00eancia de impacto de uma \u00e1rea de projeto para a outra;<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\n Garantir que a an\u00e1lise seja feita de acordo com as normas t\u00e9cnicas que \nregem o uso da metodologia de ACV para que os estudos sejam compar\u00e1veis e\n acess\u00edveis para interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Premissas da ACV LEED<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O cr\u00e9dito LEED para ACV de Edifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 focado em produtos e \nmateriais e n\u00e3o considera os impactos e benef\u00edcios associados a fase \noperacional (B6 energia e B7 \u00e1gua) ou as cargas e benef\u00edcios al\u00e9m da \nfronteira do sistema (m\u00f3dulo D). A eTool recomenda que a ACV de futuros \nprojetos seja realizada tamb\u00e9m para atender integralmente os requisitos \nda norma europeia EN15978 incluindo todos os m\u00f3dulos de ciclo de vida \n(A1-A5, B1-B7, C1-C4 e D1-D5) e abordando o desempenho da edifica\u00e7\u00e3o \ncomo um todo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Software e Invent\u00e1rio de ACV<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O software utilizado para o estudo \u00e9 o eToolLCD da empresa eTool. O \neToolLCD atende as normas ISO 14044 e EN 15978 e produz resultados para \nos indicadores de impactos requeridos. A base de dados do software \n(invent\u00e1rio) \u00e9 o North American V13 Life Cycle Strategies\/EcoInvent o \nqual atende a norma ISO14044. O m\u00e9todo de caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos indicadores\n de impacto \u00e9 CML IA Baseline V4.5 (Institute of Environmental Science).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fun\u00e7\u00e3o Equivalente<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O projeto Refer\u00eancia (Baseline) e o projeto Final possuem a mesma \nfun\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e1rea em m\u00b2, a mesma \u00e1rea e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o. Esses<br \/>resultados \u00e9 porque todos os est\u00e1gios de ciclo de vida est\u00e3o sendo<br \/>visto (A-D).<\/p><p>Inclusive a melhoria do a\u00e7o que teve uma \u00f3tima relev\u00e2ncia no escopo<br \/>do LEED, aqui na ACV integrada quando acionado o m\u00f3dulo D (reciclagem,<br \/>reuso) n\u00e3o se quantifica a melhoria do conte\u00fado reciclado do a\u00e7o porque<br \/>ele \u00e9 proveniente de uma cadeia fechada.\u00a0 Segue o <a href=\"https:\/\/support.etoollcd.com\/index.php\/faq\/standards\/closed-loop-recycling-en15978-work\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">link<\/a> com a explica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><div>O objetivo desta sugest\u00e3o de utilizar o vergalh\u00e3o com maior<br \/>conte\u00fado reciclado \u00e9 incentivar os fabricantes a reduzir os impactos<br \/>iniciais na fase de produto (A1-A3).\u00a0Este &#8220;benef\u00edcio&#8221; \u00e9 reportado<br \/>somente para o escopo LEED. O LEED n\u00e3o considera o m\u00f3dulo D que \u00e9 o<br \/>reuso do a\u00e7o no fim da vida.
