2019<\/li><\/ul><p>A Parsus realizou a Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de Ciclo de Vida de Edifica\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto ISI Maring\u00e1, um instituto Senai de inova\u00e7\u00e3o em engenharia de estruturas, um projeto p\u00fablico, desenvolvido pela FIEP, cujo objetivo principal foi quantificar a redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos impactos ambientais para atendimento aos requisitos do cr\u00e9dito Whole-Building Life-Cycle Assessment da certifica\u00e7\u00e3o LEED Platinum.<\/p><p>An\u00e1lise de Ciclo de Vida (ACV) de Edifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma metodologia usada para avaliar os impactos ambientais associados as etapas da vida de um projeto. \u00c9 uma abordagem hol\u00edstica que engloba a extra\u00e7\u00e3o da mat\u00e9ria prima, fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o e transporte dos materiais, uso de energia e \u00e1gua, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, reuso, reciclagem e descarte dos materiais ao fim da vida \u00fatil. O estudo de ACV permite identificar as potenciais \u00e1reas para redu\u00e7\u00e3o de impacto ambiental podendo tamb\u00e9m incluir recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es de melhoria para a equipe de projeto. A ACV de edifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 regulada pelo padr\u00e3o internacional ISO 14044 e EN15978 e a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00e1rea de constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil \u00e9 utilizada mundialmente para promover desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel oferecendo os principais benef\u00edcios:<\/p><ul><li>Garantir que os impactos ao longo da vida \u00fatil sejam considerados desde a fase de concep\u00e7\u00e3o e prover informa\u00e7\u00f5es para o desenvolvimento do projeto;<\/li><li>Garantir que a an\u00e1lise inclua toda a edifica\u00e7\u00e3o durante toda a vida \u00fatil (cradle-to-cradle);<\/li><li>Otimizar o desempenho durante todos os est\u00e1gios de vida do projeto, desde que melhorar uma \u00e1rea espec\u00edfica n\u00e3o cause detrimento no desempenho do projeto como um todo;<\/li><li>Considerar m\u00faltiplos indicadores de impacto e prevenir a transfer\u00eancia de impacto de uma \u00e1rea de projeto para a outra;<\/li><li>Garantir que a an\u00e1lise seja feita de acordo com as normas t\u00e9cnicas que regem o uso da metodologia de ACV para que os estudos sejam compar\u00e1veis e acess\u00edveis para interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Premissas da ACV LEED<\/strong><\/p><p>O cr\u00e9dito LEED para ACV de Edifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 focado em produtos e materiais e n\u00e3o considera os impactos e benef\u00edcios associados a fase operacional (B6 energia e B7 \u00e1gua) ou as cargas e benef\u00edcios al\u00e9m da fronteira do sistema (m\u00f3dulo D). A eTool recomenda que a ACV de futuros projetos seja realizada tamb\u00e9m para atender integralmente os requisitos da norma europeia EN15978 incluindo todos os m\u00f3dulos de ciclo de vida (A1-A5, B1-B7, C1-C4 e D1-D5) e abordando o desempenho da edifica\u00e7\u00e3o como um todo.<\/p><p><strong>Software e Invent\u00e1rio de ACV<br \/><\/strong><\/p><p>O software utilizado para o estudo \u00e9 o eToolLCD da empresa eTool. O eToolLCD atende as normas ISO 14044 e EN 15978 e produz resultados para os indicadores de impactos requeridos. A base de dados do software (invent\u00e1rio) \u00e9 o\u00a0North American\u00a0V13\u00a0Life Cycle Strategies\/EcoInvent o qual atende a norma ISO14044. O m\u00e9todo de caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos indicadores de impacto \u00e9 CML IA Baseline V4.5 (Institute of Environmental Science).<\/p><p><strong>Fun\u00e7\u00e3o Equivalente<\/strong><\/p><p>O projeto Refer\u00eancia (Baseline) e o projeto Final possuem a mesma fun\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e1rea em m\u00b2, a mesma \u00e1rea e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o. Os resultados est\u00e3o caracterizados por metro quadrado para um per\u00edodo de 60 anos, considerando \u00e1rea total de 4.225 m\u00b2.<\/p><p><strong>Vida \u00datil<\/strong><\/p><p>A ACV considera vida \u00fatil de 60 anos e permite que os impactos relacionados a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, troca e uso operacional sejam considerados adequadamente.<\/p><p><strong>Principais objetivos da ACV<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Quantificar as principais estrat\u00e9gias de melhoria implementadas no projeto e identificar a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o de cada uma no aumento de desempenho ambiental do projeto como um todo<\/li><li>Criar dados de refer\u00eancia para ACV de edif\u00edcios no Brasil<\/li><li>Criar um estudo de caso para promover o uso da metodologia no Brasil e na certifica\u00e7\u00e3o LEED<\/li><li><p>Apresentar para o setor da constru\u00e7\u00e3o que ACV \u00e9 uma pr\u00e1tica vi\u00e1vel e amplamente utilizada internacionalmente para promover desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a3b59b3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a3b59b3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>ACV incluindo tamb\u00e9m os impactos de opera\u00e7\u00e3o (Whole Life Carbon)<\/strong><\/p><p>A ACV do projeto realizado incluiu os impactos incorporados dos materiais da funda\u00e7\u00e3o, estrutura, envolt\u00f3ria e cobertura seguindo o escopo LEED relacionados a fase de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e fim de vida que neste caso acabam sendo os maiores impactos.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m disso achamos necess\u00e1rio incluir tamb\u00e9m neste estudo a ACV Integrada para quantificar os impactos relacionados ao consumo de energia, fornecimento e tratamento de \u00e1gua conforme orienta a norma de ACV, a EN 159781, com todos o est\u00e1gios de ciclo de vida (A1-A5, B1-B7, C1-C4 e D1-D5).<\/p><p>Nesse caso o impacto de energia foi maior\u00a0 seguido por materiais, que consequentemente s\u00e3o maiores os impactos tendo uma an\u00e1lise hol\u00edstica do projeto todo, conforme figura abaixo (Impact class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O Cr\u00e9dito de ACV para o LEED tem o escopo reduzido, somente abrange os m\u00f3dulos de ciclo de vida (A1-A4, B1-B5, C1-C4) dos elementos referente a funda\u00e7\u00e3o, estrutura, envolt\u00f3ria e cobertura (Core and Structure).<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m disso, o resultado do estudo precisa demonstrar redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos impactos em tr\u00eas indicadores, obrigatoriamente um deles sendo o PAG (Potencial de Aquecimento Global), respons\u00e1vel pelas mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas.<\/p><table dir=\"ltr\" border=\"1\" Essa modelagem foi feita de forma mais simples, sem considerar os sistemas instalados e apenas as redu\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo de energia e fornecimento e tratamento de \u00e1gua.<\/p><table Inclusive a melhoria do a\u00e7o que teve uma \u00f3tima relev\u00e2ncia no escopo do LEED, aqui na ACV integrada quando acionado o m\u00f3dulo D (reciclagem, reuso) n\u00e3o se quantifica a melhoria do conte\u00fado reciclado do a\u00e7o porque ele \u00e9 proveniente de uma cadeia fechada.&nbsp; Segue o <a href=\"..\/support\/closed-loop-recycling-en15978-work\/\">link<\/a> com a explica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><div>O objetivo desta sugest\u00e3o de utilizar o vergalh\u00e3o com maior conte\u00fado reciclado \u00e9 incentivar os fabricantes a reduzir os impactos iniciais na fase de produto (A1-A3).&nbsp;Este &#8220;benef\u00edcio&#8221; \u00e9 reportado somente para o escopo LEED. O LEED n\u00e3o considera o m\u00f3dulo D que \u00e9 o reuso do a\u00e7o no fim da vida.
