O indicador de impacto utilizado \u00e9 o Potencial de Aquecimento Global (PAG, ou GWP em Ingl\u00eas) medido em kgCO2e ou tCO2e. O valor pode ser caracterizado por m2 de \u00e1rea constru\u00edda, para facilitar compara\u00e7\u00e3o entre outros projetos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de Ciclo de Vida \u00e9 uma metodologia t\u00e9cnica e mensur\u00e1vel, portanto, h\u00e1 normas que a regem para que os estudos sigam um padr\u00e3o de qualidade. O software eTool, utilizado para realizar as an\u00e1lises, segue as normas ISO 14040, ISO 14044 e EN 15978. A ISO 14040 define os princ\u00edpios e a estrutura da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, enquanto a ISO 14044 estabelece os requisitos para a sua realiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, a norma EN 15978 estabelece o m\u00e9todo de c\u00e1lculo para an\u00e1lise do Desempenho Ambiental de Edifica\u00e7\u00f5es, sendo assim, uma norma mais direcionada para a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o GBC Condom\u00ednio.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-41a8a66 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"41a8a66\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit; color: #ffffff;\"><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Prop\u00f3sito<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Aplicar ACV para reduzir impactos da forma mais eficiente poss\u00edvel, e obten\u00e7\u00e3o de pontos para o cr\u00e9dito MCc1 Carbono \u2013 da Quantifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Compensa\u00e7\u00e3o. O exemplo utilizado neste artigo utiliza dados de uma m\u00e9dia de edif\u00edcios multiresidenciais. Foram considerados tr\u00eas projetos, todos situados no estado de S\u00e3o Paulo\/Brasil.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-721f0ae elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"721f0ae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit; color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Metodologia<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Os projetos que foram considerados neste estudo possuem um relat\u00f3rio final (Whole Building Life Cycle Assessment &#8211; WBLCA), que reflete com precis\u00e3o a condi\u00e7\u00e3o final do edif\u00edcio conforme projetado ou constru\u00eddo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Os ciclos de vida na ACV tamb\u00e9m podem ser definidos como m\u00f3dulos, ou est\u00e1gios de ciclo de vida, onde cada um desses m\u00f3dulos tem como prop\u00f3sito quantificar todos os impactos do projeto.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Foi considerado como premissa um per\u00edodo de 60 anos, considerando todas as emiss\u00f5es ao longo desse tempo. Embora no manual do GBC Condom\u00ednio v3 n\u00e3o estabele\u00e7a a vida \u00fatil que deva ser considerada para a edifica\u00e7\u00e3o, esse n\u00famero se baseou em exig\u00eancias de outras certifica\u00e7\u00f5es como o LEED.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">No m\u00ednimo, os componentes de projeto presentes no Ap\u00eandice A devem ser considerados no estudo, essa premissa foi adotada utilizando como refer\u00eancia o LEED v4.1.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7ed804c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7ed804c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit; color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Escopo de ACV e as fronteiras de an\u00e1lise<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Os est\u00e1gios do ciclo de vida inclu\u00eddos neste estudo correspondem aos requisitos da certifica\u00e7\u00e3o GBC Condom\u00ednio v.3 no cr\u00e9dito MCc1. Os tr\u00eas edif\u00edcios possuem caracter\u00edsticas de constru\u00e7\u00e3o similares com a estrutura em concreto armado.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit; color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Software de ACV: eTool<\/span><\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A ferramenta eTool foi utilizada para medir, reduzir, verificar e relatar as emiss\u00f5es considerando todo o ciclo de vida. Esses insights permitem o embasamento nas decis\u00f5es do projeto para solu\u00e7\u00f5es ideais de sustentabilidade e redu\u00e7\u00e3o ou neutraliza\u00e7\u00e3o da emiss\u00e3o de gases de efeito estufa (GEE) conforme incentivado pelo cr\u00e9dito MCc1.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Os dados do software com m\u00e9dias e premissas de emiss\u00e3o de CO2e dos materiais s\u00e3o provenientes de Declara\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental de Produtos (DAP) e complementados pelo invent\u00e1rio de ciclo de vida Ecoinvent.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit; color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Pontua\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">De acordo com o manual t\u00e9cnico, a pontua\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 obtida atrav\u00e9s da quantifica\u00e7\u00e3o, redu\u00e7\u00e3o e compensa\u00e7\u00e3o das emiss\u00f5es do projeto.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Quantifica\u00e7\u00e3o das emiss\u00f5es &#8211; 2 pontos.<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">As tr\u00eas op\u00e7\u00f5es dispon\u00edveis fornecem a mesma pontua\u00e7\u00e3o, apesar da fronteira da an\u00e1lise e abrang\u00eancia do estudo ser significativamente diferente. Quanto maior a abrang\u00eancia do estudo, maior as chances de identificar \u00e1reas de impacto que podem ser reduzidas no menor custo poss\u00edvel.<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit; color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Est\u00e1gio do produto (A1-A3), ou<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit; color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Est\u00e1gio de produto, transporte e constru\u00e7\u00e3o (A1-A5), ou<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit; color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Est\u00e1gio de produto, transporte, constru\u00e7\u00e3o, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e fim de vida (A1-A5, B1-B5, C1-C4)<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Redu\u00e7\u00e3o de emiss\u00f5es &#8211; 4 pontos. <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Demonstrar redu\u00e7\u00e3o das emiss\u00f5es at\u00e9 a conclus\u00e3o da constru\u00e7\u00e3o (A1-A5)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">comparado com o benchmark (300 kgCO2e\/m2).
